Whats a good way to prevent getting sex cramps or how do you relieve them quickly?

Excercise, I don't mean a full on workout, just stretch a little before getting it on

It's actually just like a cramp when you're swimming but this time, it's from having sex, and inside your vagina.

If it is inside your pussy, then it would definitely hurt like hell

I guess it's just like regular cramps, you get it after having sex... well I think it's just exercise, that'll solve a lot of it.

        painkillers do help a bit

    • #12
Or you can also prevent it by drinking more water before, during and after sex. You also need to warm up before sex like have a foreplay, swap positions with your partner and eat healthy foods especially rich in potassium.

I usually use a heating pad to relieve the cramps or if you don't have one make use of a hot water bottle.

I'm not so sure about the prevention of sex cramps, but a hot bath would pretty much help, plus it's a hot bath after sex, who doesn't love a hot bath after sex anyway.
