  • Fear to love.

I have been in many failed relationships before. Most of them cheated on me, some just left me without any explanation. This made me develop a fear of entering another relationship, I always think that at the end they will also leave me broken and alone. This all changed when I met this guy, he is different from my other exes. He was so nice, always treated me like his princess. He never does anything that he knows will upset me. This made me appreciate him more and I think that I'm falling for him. What should I do, should I give love another chance? I am so tired of being hurt and I am afraid that someday he will leave me also.

In a relationship, there are many risks that you have to take. Do not let your past control you, give him a chance to love you because who knows, maybe he is the person that was destined for you.

The only way for you to find out is to try and unleash your fears.

I hope that can easily be done.

Don't lose hope when it comes to love. I would suggest that you just be extra cautious with the guy who's clearly courting you

That's still up to her if she wanted her past to consume her future. We are already out of that.

We all get tired at some point especially when we've been through a lot. Just think about it this way those failed relationships you had before is leading you into the right one.

Are you thinking that the guy right now is the one who's meant for her?

I'm hoping that this would be the right one.

If you tend to fall for a particular type of guy, I would suggest to go for someone who's a complete opposite of it. For example, you're into men who are the bad boy type, then you would be really cheated on by those guys

So you're saying that it is slightly her fault that's why she ends up getting hurt in all her past relationships?

  • #7
I think that you have to overcome your fears, take risks this time, who knows maybe he is your Mr. Right that you have been waiting for.

I'm trying to do so, I think I need more to think about this.

Give him a chance to prove himself that he is different from your other exes.

Maybe some of her exes were like him during the beginning of the relationship that's why she's having 2nd thoughts about it

Love is a gamble and you should never be afraid of being hurt when loving someone 'cause it's all part of love.

When you are choosing a partner, you should not only think about love, you should also think about how he can help you grow as a person.

Clearly she's grown into a person who's weary or jaded of being in relationships

The chances is 50-50, he may end up like your other exes but there is also a chance that he is the person that you've been longing for in your life.

Maybe you should have tried and increased the chances that the guy was a good one rather than made it 50-50

Give the benefit of the doubt, he deserves time to prove himself to you that he's different.

I'm guessing that it goes downhill once the two of you become a couple already or you still do the same thing for her?

  • #14
That's not your problem. If he really likes you, he will tell you.

When you love, fear is always there so being brave is the solution.
